Three Days in Panama City: What To Do and Where To Go
I just spent two awesome months with my sister and brother-in-law in Torio, Panama. I try to get down to Panama as often as possible, and when I do, I start and end my trip with a few days in Panama City.

Second, you’ll most likely have to fly into Panama City wherever you go in Panama, whether that’s Torio or not.
Instead of rushing to the beach or town you’re heading to, why not explore the city for a few days?
Anyone who lives in Panama’s countryside wants to spend as little time there as possible. Why? The city is dirty, loud, and hot compared to its idyllic beaches and quiet towns.
